John Fredericks Secures 10-Year Supply Agreement with VEKA

John Fredericks Plastics has signed a new long-term supply agreement with VEKA, confirming a 10-year commitment that strengthens one of the UK window sector’s most established partnerships.

The renewed agreement provides long-term stability for both businesses and guarantees continuity of VEKA profile supply for John Fredericks’ installer network. At a time when supply chain certainty and consistency are increasingly critical, the contract reinforces John Fredericks’ strategy of offering reliable, proven systems to its customers.

Mark Dicconson, Managing Director at John Fredericks Plastics, said the agreement is fundamentally about security and confidence.

For us, this agreement is about security of supply and supporting our customers with a profile system that is established and proven. VEKA has a strong track record in maintaining continuity, and that’s a core requirement for us as a fabricator.

He added that the decade-long commitment allows the business to plan with confidence across production, investment and customer service.
“In a sector where change can sometimes create unnecessary complications, securing a 10-year commitment simply removes uncertainty. It means our customers know exactly what they’re getting, and we can continue to focus on delivering products they trust, manufactured using a system we know inside out.”

From VEKA’s perspective, the agreement reflects a shared long-term vision and aligned investment strategies. Amy Steven, Divisional Sales Director at VEKA, welcomed the extension of the partnership.

We welcome JFP’s decision to extend its supply partnership with VEKA for a further 10 years, which is testament to our long-term relationship. JFP’s investment in its manufacturing facility, including state-of-the-art machinery and process improvements, aligns closely with VEKA’s own commitment to product performance and consistency.

She also highlighted John Fredericks’ future-focused product strategy, noting that the promotion of VEKA’s OMNIA and Feinstruktur ranges will help installers differentiate themselves in a competitive market.

John Fredericks Plastics says the new agreement underlines its continued focus on clarity, continuity and long-term assurance for installers, values the company believes are more important than ever as the market looks for stability, reliability and trusted partnerships.
