Following the global success of their first collaboration, Binghatti and Mercedes Benz have reunited to unveil an even more ambitious vision: Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the world’s first Mercedes-Benz–branded city. Marking Binghatti’s first masterplanned community, the landmark development represents a AED 30 billion investment spanning more than 10 million square feet in Nad Al Sheba.
The project was officially unveiled during a spectacular event at Meydan, delivering one of the most cinematic moments in Dubai’s real estate history. Hosted by Hollywood actor Terry Crews, the launch welcomed 25,000 guests, the largest attendance at any Binghatti event to date. A synchronised drone show, laser projections across Nad Al Sheba and a grand fireworks finale transformed the skyline into a live showcase of the scale and ambition behind the project.

The evening unfolded around two historic reveal moments. The first was the exclusive Middle East presentation of VISION ICONIC, Mercedes-Benz’s latest concept creation, inspired by the brand’s golden automotive era of the 1930s and embodying the pure essence of the marque. The reveal was accompanied by a live performance from legendary Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, setting a powerful and emotional tone for the night.
The second reveal introduced the full masterplan of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City: an entirely new urban district composed of twelve architecturally synchronised towers, anchored by an iconic spiralling signature tower that defines the skyline. The masterplan will be delivered in three phases, offering residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, alongside a limited collection of four- and five-bedroom homes within the Vision Iconic tower.

At the heart of the city lies the Grand Promenade, a vast green sanctuary designed around twelve curated experiences, including water features, shaded groves, art pavilions, discovery zones, active circuits and panoramic hills. Surrounding the promenade is an elevated system of luxury signature amenities, 12 exclusive sporting clubs, and expansive indoor lifestyle facilities.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti described the project as a vision of future living where automotive ingenuity and architectural innovation converge at city scale. Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, added that the masterplan represents the purest extension of Mercedes-Benz’s design DNA from the automobile into the built environment.
