Fosbel has announced the successful completion of the TR-7 Port 3 checker replacement at the Şişecam facility in Polatlı, Türkiye, a project delivered through strong coordination, detailed planning, and a firm commitment to safety.

The checker replacement forms a critical part of regenerative furnace maintenance, directly supporting thermal efficiency, operational stability, and long-term production performance. Executed on site by the combined Fosbel and Şişecam teams, the works were carried out with a clear focus on precision, timing, and safe execution.

According to Fosbel, the milestone reflects the value of partnership and shared responsibility in delivering technically demanding furnace interventions. Projects of this nature rely not only on engineering expertise, but also on trust, teamwork, and disciplined execution under strict operational conditions.
