From 7–10 April 2026, the 35th edition of China Glass will open at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, marking a milestone moment as the exhibition approaches its 40th anniversary. Recognised as a barometer of the global glass industry, China Glass has evolved from a domestic technology exchange platform into a strategic international hub connecting China with global markets.
A 40-Year Industrial Journey
Since its founding in 1986, China Glass has mirrored the transformation of the industry itself, moving from scale expansion toward innovation-driven, high-quality growth. Over four decades, it has supported the shift from technology introduction to independent research and development, and from domestic manufacturing to international competitiveness. The 35th edition serves as a prelude to its 40-year celebrations, setting the tone for a new era defined by intelligence, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing.
Unprecedented Scale and Global Reach
China Glass 2026 spans over 90,000 square metres, hosting 875 exhibitors from 31 countries. More than 50,000 professional visitors from over 130 countries are expected to attend, representing more than 30 application sectors such as construction, photovoltaics, automotive, information display, and home appliances.
