Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, together with the club deal platform The Equity Club, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Isoclima Group from Stirling Square Capital Partners. The transaction is executed through Fondo Italiano Consolidamento e Crescita II (FICC II) and TEC Glass S.p.A., the investment vehicle established for the club deal.
Founded in 1977 in Este (Padua), Isoclima is specialized in high-performance transparent solutions for critical and safety-driven applications. Its portfolio includes multi-layer laminated glass, transparent armor, ballistic and blast-resistant glazing, as well as advanced polycarbonate and acrylic solutions, engineered to meet stringent international standards.
Isoclima operates across aerospace, defense, security, rail, automotive specialty glazing, and high-risk architectural applications, where optical quality must be combined with impact resistance, weight optimization, thermal performance, and certified safety levels. The Group is particularly active in civil and military aerospace glazing, supplying cockpit transparencies and specialty components for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.
The company reports annual revenues of approximately €150 million and employs over 1,000 people worldwide. Its industrial footprint includes six production plants located in Italy, the United States, and Croatia, enabling proximity to key customers and compliance with region-specific certification requirements.
Following the acquisition, Isoclima will continue under the leadership of CEO Liviana Forza, with strategic priorities focused on:
- Global industrial consolidation
- Expansion of US manufacturing and market presence
- Strengthening aerospace and security segments
- Continued investment in R&D, certification, and advanced materials
The transaction marks Isoclima’s return to Italian ownership and reinforces Fondo Italiano d’Investimento’s strategy of supporting high-technology Made in Italy industrial champions with strong international growth potential.
