CO Manufacturing has announced a 47% year-on-year increase in sales of its Forté composite door range, reflecting strong demand throughout 2025 compared with 2024.
The company attributes this growth to rising consumer interest in the Forté brand and the continued expansion of its CO Retail Network, which supports independent retailers with both product innovation and structured sales development.
Throughout 2025, the Forté range has been further enhanced with the introduction of new hardware options, expanded colour palettes, additional glazing styles and new slab designs. These updates have broadened the collection’s aesthetic appeal while maintaining its performance-driven positioning in the residential entrance door segment.
A key driver behind the growth, according to the company, has been the rollout of its structured sales training programme for retail partners. The initiative combines detailed technical product education with a consultative, psychology-based sales framework. This approach equips sales teams with the tools to clearly communicate Forté’s features and translate them into tangible homeowner benefits.
Greg Kane, CEO of CO Manufacturing, noted that retailers who have adopted the training process are achieving higher conversion rates. He highlighted the combination of technical expertise, sales coaching and practical tools such as sample kits as central to improving customer engagement and boosting enquiry-to-order performance.
