All Glass & Windows, a Florida-based provider of impact window and door solutions, has announced the acquisition of Sarasota Glass & Mirror Inc., marking a strategic step to strengthen its residential services and broaden its operational capabilities across the state.
The transaction, for which financial terms were not disclosed, adds an experienced procurement and installation team to the All Glass & Windows portfolio and reinforces the company’s ambition to grow its direct-to-homeowner offering.
Founded in 1974, Sarasota Glass & Mirror has built a strong reputation in the regional market, supplying and installing impact-resistant windows and doors, frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors and specialized glass solutions. The company’s longstanding presence in the Sarasota area provides All Glass & Windows with an established platform to deepen customer relationships and expand service coverage in Florida’s residential segment.
As part of the transition, Scott Brigham, owner and president of Sarasota Glass & Mirror, will join All Glass & Windows as vice president while continuing to lead the Sarasota Glass & Mirror brand. The decision signals a continuity strategy aimed at maintaining local customer trust while integrating operations into a larger organizational structure.
According to All Glass & Windows CEO Chris Harris, the partnership is designed to support continued growth and strengthen the company’s ability to serve homeowners directly. By combining Sarasota Glass & Mirror’s installation expertise with All Glass & Windows’ broader resources, the organization is positioning itself to deliver more integrated project execution, from product selection and design consulting to installation and after-sales service.
Founded in 2009, All Glass & Windows has evolved into a diversified glazing provider serving residential, commercial and industrial markets. The company’s portfolio includes impact windows and doors, commercial storefront systems and curtainwall solutions, supported by consultative design services and full-service project management.
The acquisition reflects a wider trend within the North American glazing industry, where regional players are consolidating to strengthen supply chains, improve installation capacity and offer end-to-end services closer to the homeowner. In Florida specifically, demand for impact-resistant products continues to drive investment and expansion, as property owners focus on resilience, performance and long-term building protection.
