VEKA has expanded its Omnia double flush, double rebated system with the introduction of three new profiles designed to enhance flexibility, sustainability, and architectural detailing across the platform.
The latest additions include an 80mm outer frame, an 84mm T mullion, and a 28mm cubic bead, all available across the Omnia ex-stock colour range. Together, these components strengthen Omnia’s position as a future-ready system that already integrates casement, tilt & turn, French, and residential door configurations within a consistent flush aesthetic.
The new 80mm outer frame increases space for integrated trickle ventilation without the need for external frame extensions commonly required in alternative systems. This improvement simplifies installation while maintaining full compatibility with existing steel reinforcements and ancillary components. It also supports more straightforward compliance with background ventilation requirements, a growing consideration in both residential and commercial projects.
Sustainability is further addressed through the introduction of core co-extrusion technology. This incorporates fully recycled grey PVC-U material within the internal structure of the frame, increasing recycled content without affecting external appearance or overall system performance. The result is a more environmentally responsible profile that aligns with evolving material efficiency targets in the construction sector.
The new 84mm T mullion expands configuration capability by enabling the combination of tilt & turn windows with fixed units within the same double flush system. It also supports inward-opening residential doors with fanlights, complementing existing options for outward-opening designs and increasing design flexibility for fabricators and specifiers.
Completing the update, the 28mm cubic bead delivers a sharper, square-edged aesthetic aligned with contemporary architectural trends. When paired with VEKA’s Feinstruktur foil, it achieves an aluminium-like appearance while retaining the durability, thermal performance, and weather resistance of PVC-U systems.
