Tirana is set to welcome its tallest building yet, as Klar sh.p.k., led by entrepreneur Shkëlqim Beshiri, has received approval from the National Territorial Council (KKT) to construct a 67-storey tower above ground with six basement levels.
Beshiri, who first became known in Tirana through Segafredo coffee, gradually expanded his business into real estate. As construction boomed across Albania, particularly in Tirana and along the coast, Klar transitioned into property development and building, quickly establishing itself as a key player in the market.
The KKT, chaired by Prime Minister Edi Rama, approved the project, which will combine residential units, commercial spaces, and a hotel on the newly developed “Bulevardi i Ri.” Over two decades, Klar has earned a strong reputation for its role in both real estate and construction, making this ambitious tower a landmark project for the company.
Once completed, Klar’s skyscraper will surpass the previously approved 58-storey building by Gon Papuli, cementing its status as Tirana’s tallest structure and marking a significant achievement in Albania’s urban development.
