Yılmaz Erceyes has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Şişecam, effective February 2, 2026, marking a strategic step in strengthening the company’s global, customer-centric growth agenda.
In his new role, Erceyes will lead Şişecam’s efforts to expand the international reach and impact of its value-added product portfolio, supporting the company’s operations across more than 150 countries. He will play a key role in advancing insight-driven marketing strategies while contributing to sustainable and profitable growth aligned with Şişecam’s long-term vision.
Erceyes brings over two decades of international leadership experience across marketing, innovation, and operations. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in Belgium in 2002, initially in engineering and process control roles before transitioning into brand management and leading multiple product categories across European markets.
In 2015, he joined Premier Foods, where he served as Marketing and Category Director and later as Chief Marketing and Growth Officer from 2019. During this period, he oversaw marketing, R&D, customer analytics, M&A, and new ventures, while also helping shape the company’s 10-year strategic growth plan.
Erceyes holds dual degrees in Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, pursued further studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at London Business School.
With his strong FMCG background and global perspective, Erceyes is expected to reinforce Şişecam’s market-focused approach and accelerate the development of high-value, sustainable product solutions worldwide.
