AGC Group has announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (IFRS basis), reporting stable sales and improved profitability despite ongoing global market volatility.

Key Financial Highlights – FY2025

• Net sales: Remained flat compared to the previous fiscal year
• Operating profit: Increased slightly year-on-year
• Automotive segment: Main contributor to operating profit growth
• Profit attributable to owners of the parent: Improved significantly
• Return on Equity (ROE): Increased to 4.7%

The improvement in operating profit was primarily driven by stronger performance in the Automotive segment, reflecting recovery trends in global vehicle production and improved cost management.
