Alumil Albania has highlighted Euro Hotel Ksamil as a refined example of modern coastal hospitality design in southern Albania. Located in one of the country’s most visited seaside destinations, the hotel combines contemporary aesthetics with high-performance aluminium systems to deliver comfort, durability, and visual elegance.

The project integrates SMARTIA S67, a thermally insulated hinged system, alongside SMARTIA S560, a sliding system designed to maximize natural light and unobstructed sea views. Together, these systems create slim, modern openings that enhance both functionality and architectural clarity.

Designed by Studio Visionark and fabricated by Nesim, the hotel features carefully crafted guest rooms, a welcoming restaurant space, and a swimming pool area designed for relaxation. The selected aluminium systems ensure resistance to coastal conditions while maintaining energy efficiency and smooth indoor–outdoor transitions.

Euro Hotel Ksamil reflects the growing demand for high-quality façade and fenestration solutions within Albania’s expanding hospitality sector, where performance and design must work seamlessly together.
