Heat Up Latin America Launches Major Regional Expansion Ahead of 10-Year Milestone

Heat Up Latin America, the regional subsidiary of Hotwork International, has announced a significant expansion programme across Central and South America, aimed at scaling operational capacity to meet growing demand in the region’s industrial sectors.

The multi-country initiative responds to a sustained increase in service requests and equipment requirements, particularly for heating-up and furnace drain solutions. As part of the programme, Heat Up Latin America will triple its total equipment capacity, with strategic asset distribution planned across Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

Strengthening Regional Infrastructure

A key component of the expansion includes the establishment of new warehouses in all three countries, ensuring faster response times and improved local support.

In Mexico, the company’s central hub is undergoing a major upgrade. The flagship facility in Cuernavaca, Morelos is expanding from 700 m² to 1,260 m², effectively doubling its warehouse and maintenance capacity. The enhanced infrastructure will allow the company to manage multiple simultaneous projects while improving operational efficiency.

To further reduce turnaround times, strategic components, spare parts, and consumables from the broader Hotwork International group will be positioned directly within regional warehouses.

The project is already underway and is scheduled for completion by mid-2026.

Workforce Growth and Anniversary Celebrations

In parallel with its infrastructure expansion, Heat Up Latin America has doubled its full-time workforce over the past year, with additional recruitment planned as new operations come online.

The expansion coincides with the company’s 10th anniversary, which will be celebrated in Cancún, Mexico, in May 2026. Shortly afterward, the upgraded Cuernavaca facility will be officially inaugurated during a dedicated opening event ahead of the Glassman Latin America trade show.

With this strategic investment, Heat Up Latin America positions itself to strengthen regional service capabilities and support the evolving needs of industrial and glass manufacturing clients across the continent.
