Glaston to Showcase Automated Glass Processing at glasstec 2026

At glasstec 2026, Glaston will present its automation portfolio under the exhibition motto “GLASS. AUTOMATED.”, highlighting technologies designed to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce manual intervention across glass processing.

In tempering, Glaston will showcase Autopilot, which requires only glass type, thickness and process mode as operator inputs, alongside AutoLoad for automated batch planning and loading. Online Stress Calculation (OSC™) provides real-time verification of surface stress and mid-pane tension, while Anisotropy Control reduces stopping marks through optimized quench technology.

For laminating, the ProL SPEED line is designed for mixed production, while Autotrim automates four-edge trimming and waste-foil handling. Convection Control enables automatic processing of complex multilayer laminates, including SentryGlas® constructions.

In insulating glass, ULTRA TPS® enables automated thin triple and quadruple IGU production with center panes as thin as 0.5 mm. The TPS® PRO’APPLICATOR delivers up to 35% higher output, while MUNTIN’MASTER and Cobot automate muntin positioning.

Glaston will also demonstrate MATRIX EVO for automotive glass bending, CHAMP EVO for cutting and grinding, and the CNC96 retrofit for modernizing existing Bystronic machinery.

Visitors can meet Glaston experts in Hall 15, Booth A48–A49.
