Climatec Group and AluK have reaffirmed their long-term partnership, highlighting more than a decade of collaboration across aluminium fabrication and systems development. The relationship was recognised with an “Approved Fabricator” award presented to Climatec’s aluminium division, Alu-tec, in acknowledgment of its consistent manufacturing quality and commitment to innovation.
AluK’s Head of Trade and Residential Sales, Paul Greenaway, praised Alu-tec as one of the company’s most trusted fabrication partners, noting the strength and stability of the relationship over many years. He emphasised the importance of reliable fabricators in supporting AluK’s wider trade and residential market presence.
Phil Bates, Director and Co-founder of Climatec Group, said the partnership has existed since Alu-tec was founded in 2012. He explained that the company has never needed to dual source, thanks to the breadth and reliability of AluK’s product range, which supports its trade, retail, and commercial operations.
He also highlighted close collaboration on product development, industry events such as the FIT Show, and ongoing technical, marketing, and commercial support. This cooperation allows both companies to align product launches and market activity while maintaining operational independence.
Alu-tec continues to expand its offering, including sliders, heritage doors, and bi-fold systems, while maintaining a focus on “right first time” quality and bespoke fabrication capability.
Climatec Group fabricates around 1,500 frames per week across PVC-U and aluminium systems and employs over 200 staff, supplying trade and commercial customers across the UK South East region.
