A+W Software has officially unveiled A+W Order Entry AI, marking its first practical application of artificial intelligence within its software ecosystem. Designed specifically for the glass industry, this new solution represents a major leap in automated order management, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and user independence. Early access to the solution begins in December 2025.

At the heart of this innovation is Mira, an AI-powered assistant developed by the A+W Clarity R&D and Innovations team. Built on advanced Large Language Model (LLM) technology, Mira bridges the gap between human input and technical execution, allowing users to interact naturally with complex order processes.

From Manual Input to Intelligent Automation

A+W Order Entry AI is fully hosted in the A+W Cloud and offers a comprehensive set of features aimed at simplifying and accelerating order entry workflows. Incoming orders, typically received as PDF documents via email or upload, are automatically captured using OCR-based data recognition, powered by Google Gemini. Relevant order data is extracted, structured, and prepared for further processing without manual intervention.

One of the system’s key strengths lies in its intelligent article mapping. Customer-specific product descriptions are automatically matched with corresponding articles in the ERP system, significantly reducing errors and repetitive manual work. Through direct ERP API integration, Mira communicates seamlessly with the ERP environment, ensuring accurate and immediate data transfer.

Beyond automation, A+W Order Entry AI introduces a new level of user interaction. Through a chat-based interface, users can edit documents, correct mappings, and adjust layouts simply by conversing with Mira, no programming knowledge required. For advanced users, a deeper UI level provides direct access to data fields, enabling fine-tuned control and customization.

While order entry is the initial focus, A+W confirms that the underlying AI technology is designed to scale and expand into additional use cases in the future.

A+W Order Entry AI is available as early access from 9 December 2025 exclusively for more4more customers. As an added benefit, all more4more customers will receive complimentary usage throughout Q1 2026, allowing them to explore the solution’s capabilities and integrate it into their workflows risk-free.
