ALUMINIUM Arabia 2026 has officially been postponed and will now take place on 11–12 November 2026 at Arena Riyadh, following continued instability in the Middle East and ongoing international travel constraints affecting global participation.
Originally scheduled for 27–29 April 2026, the exhibition had already been moved once before organisers confirmed the latest postponement. Event organiser RX Global stated that the decision was made in response to evolving regional developments and concerns surrounding international attendance and logistics.
Part of the global ALUMINIUM exhibition portfolio alongside editions in Düsseldorf, China, and the United States, ALUMINIUM Arabia aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s industrial ambitions by connecting aluminium producers, manufacturers, technology providers, and regional stakeholders under one platform. The exhibition is positioned as a strategic meeting point for the Kingdom’s growing industrial and manufacturing sectors, aligning with broader economic diversification goals under Vision 2030.
In an official statement, organisers said they continue to monitor the situation closely in coordination with local authorities, venue partners, and regional teams, emphasizing that the safety and wellbeing of exhibitors, visitors, and partners remains the top priority. All exhibitor bookings and visitor registrations will remain valid for the new November dates.
The postponement reflects wider challenges currently affecting the aluminium industry across the Gulf region. Major producers including Qatalum and Aluminium Bahrain have reportedly reduced aluminium production, while Emirates Global Aluminium has rerouted imports and exports through Sohar Port in Oman due to disruptions linked to the Strait of Hormuz and ongoing geopolitical tensions.
