LandGlass has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a Cyclone™ Series glass tempering machine for a valued manufacturing partner in South Korea, marking another important step in the company’s global expansion of advanced glass processing technologies.

The newly installed system features a dual-power configuration, enabling the production of high-quality architectural glass with extremely low optical distortion and exceptional clarity. Designed to meet the increasing performance requirements of modern façades and architectural glazing, the Cyclone™ Series combines precise thermal control with optimized airflow technology, allowing processors to handle complex glass types while maintaining superior visual quality.

One of the key advantages of the system is its ability to efficiently temper glass with challenging Low-E coatings, which are increasingly used in high-performance building envelopes to improve thermal insulation and energy efficiency. By mastering these demanding coatings, the Korean manufacturer is now able to deliver advanced façade glass solutions that meet both architectural and sustainability standards.

In addition to performance improvements, the machine also offers optimized energy consumption, supporting more sustainable production processes while maintaining high output volumes.
