A recently completed flat-roof extension by Conserv-A-Tech highlights the performance and design capabilities of the S1 Roof Lantern and Flat Roof System from Sheerline Bespoke, demonstrating how advanced roof glazing solutions can transform residential spaces while maintaining strong thermal efficiency.

The project features a 3000 mm × 1670 mm S1 roof lantern, finished in Anthracite Grey and installed at a 25-degree pitch. The lantern incorporates Ambi Sunshade Blue Low-E glass, designed to provide effective solar control while allowing generous daylight to enter the interior space.

By combining the lantern with Sheerline Bespoke’s Flat Roof System, the installation achieved a clean and contemporary architectural appearance while maintaining strong energy-performance characteristics suitable for modern residential extensions.

According to Eric Knappett, Managing Director of Conserv-A-Tech, the S1 lantern has become a preferred solution for projects requiring both aesthetic quality and technical reliability.
