Walker Glass Walker Glass has announced the appointment of John Myers as Architectural Manager for the U.S. Southeast region, strengthening its support for architects and design professionals across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. The move underlines Walker Glass’s ongoing commitment to technical expertise and early-stage collaboration in architectural glazing.
Myers brings nearly four decades of experience in the glass industry. He began his career at Gardner Glass in 1987, steadily progressing through leadership roles before becoming Vice President of Sales. In 2018, he launched Gardner’s Architectural Management initiative, responding to a growing need among architects and designers for deeper product education and specification support.
Speaking about his new role, Myers says:

I’m excited about the opportunity to educate the market and support architects in specifying the right products. What I enjoy most is helping create new opportunities and seeing great projects come to fruition.
His focus at Walker Glass will center on guiding architects through performance-driven and aesthetic glass selections, particularly in climate-sensitive Southeast markets.
