Aluprof has formally completed the merger of Aluprof and Selt Sp. z o.o., consolidating both companies under the Aluprof brand. The move represents a significant development for the aluminum systems and sun shading sector, strengthening the company’s ability to deliver integrated solutions for contemporary architecture.

Following the merger, Aluprof will operate through two clearly defined business segments. The newly created Sun Shading Segment, operating as Aluprof Sun Shading Solutions, will focus exclusively on external and internal sun protection systems. At the same time, Aluprof Architectural Systems will continue to develop aluminum window and door systems, façade solutions, and fire protection systems for commercial and residential buildings.

The new Sun Shading Segment brings together substantial production and technological resources, including six manufacturing plants with a total area exceeding 150,000 m². This expanded capacity supports a wider product portfolio, faster order processing, and increased flexibility in customization, including a broader range of colors and accessories.

For partners, the merger simplifies project coordination by offering aluminum joinery and sun shading systems from a single supplier, supported by improved logistics and customer service. By combining architectural systems and sun shading expertise under one brand, Aluprof aims to better support architects, fabricators, and developers with coordinated, high-performance solutions aligned with modern design and efficiency requirements.
