Sightline Commercial Solutions has expanded and modernized its Minneapolis manufacturing facility to meet growing demand for custom architectural products used in sports venues, commercial buildings, and live entertainment spaces.

The expansion adds advanced tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding machines, CNC fabrication equipment, and new racking systems. These investments significantly boost the company’s welding and machining capacity. The reconfigured facility also streamlines workflows, enabling faster project delivery without compromising on quality.

“Our expanded facility strengthens our turnkey approach by integrating design, engineering, and fabrication in one location,” said Jon Chase, Chief Engineering Officer. “This improves efficiency and ensures precise execution from concept through completion.”

The renovation also includes dedicated training and certification spaces for welders and machinists, reflecting Sightline’s commitment to workforce development. The updated layout enhances safety and productivity while offering a clean, modern workspace.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Sightline is credited for installing more than 90% of architectural railing systems in North America’s professional sports venues, including Citi Field in New York and the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. This expansion ensures Sightline can continue supporting large-scale national projects while maintaining agility for highly customized designs.

“From large venues to specialized installations, we’re ready for what’s next,” Chase added.
