Senior Architectural Systems has formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant, reinforcing its commitment to supporting serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and military families by embedding fair access to employment and career development across its business operations.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a voluntary national pledge that ensures those who serve, or have served in the Armed Forces, are not disadvantaged compared with other citizens in areas such as recruitment, training, and progression. It also encourages employers to actively recognise the value of military experience and to support the transition from service life into civilian careers. In practice, this often includes adapting recruitment processes, promoting awareness among hiring managers, and offering flexible support for reservists.

For Senior Architectural Systems, the agreement aligns closely with its workforce needs in the aluminium systems and construction manufacturing sectors, where precision engineering, logistics coordination, and project delivery are central. The company has highlighted the relevance of military-developed competencies such as discipline, operational planning, leadership under pressure, and teamwork in high-performance environments.

The signing also strengthens Senior’s position within a growing network of construction and manufacturing employers supporting the Armed Forces community.
