Saint-Gobain has once again reinforced its reputation as one of the world’s strongest employers, earning the “Top Employer Global” certification for the 11th consecutive year. Granted by the Top Employers Institute, the award recognises the excellence of the Group’s human resources policies and workplace practices across 40 countries, placing Saint-Gobain among a highly exclusive group of only 17 companies worldwide to receive this global certification.
For a global leader active across construction materials, high-performance glass, insulation and sustainable building solutions, the recognition is more than a symbolic milestone. It reflects a long-term people strategy designed to support innovation, responsible growth, and the transformation of the built environment, where talent development and organisational culture are increasingly critical.
Claire Pedini, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, welcomed the new certification, stating that it highlights the consistency of Saint-Gobain’s social commitments worldwide. She underlined the Group’s ambition to be an employer of reference, offering a working environment built on ethics, trust, continuous learning, skills development and equal opportunities, while reaffirming Saint-Gobain’s purpose: MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME.
