The Glass Guru has been named a 2026 Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review, a recognition based entirely on direct feedback from franchise owners. The annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards highlight franchise systems that deliver a strong and consistent experience across key areas such as training, support, leadership, culture, and financial opportunity.
With more than 20 years of independent research, Franchise Business Review evaluates franchise opportunities in North America using third-party data and franchisee satisfaction surveys, making this award a meaningful indicator of real system performance, not marketing claims.
A growing national franchise, The Glass Guru provides residential and commercial glass repair, replacement, and restoration services, supporting customers across a wide range of everyday and specialty glazing needs.
For the 2026 program, The Glass Guru participated alongside more than 330 franchise brands, representing over 26,000 franchise owners. Franchisees reviewed their experience across 33 core benchmarks, including training and operational support, franchise relations, leadership, company culture, and financial opportunity.
Results from The Glass Guru’s franchisee survey showed strong satisfaction levels, including:
- 81% of franchisees said they feel supported
- 76% said they enjoy the business
- 76% said they feel the brand is supported

She emphasized that Top Franchise winners outperform industry averages and stand out for leadership, support, innovation, culture, and financial opportunity.
