The design stage of Egypt Science Park (ESP) has officially been completed, marking a major milestone for what is envisioned as one of the largest and most technologically advanced educational and cultural campuses in the MENA region.

Planned for Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, the project is set to become a next-generation learning destination where global innovation meets regional expertise, creating a new landmark that supports education, research, creativity, and cultural exchange under one integrated vision.

Developed through a collaboration between UNS and Elgabaly Architects, the campus will feature a total of 28 buildings, forming a large-scale academic ecosystem designed to be adaptable over time. Rather than functioning as a traditional university masterplan, Egypt Science Park is conceived as a future-ready environment, where architecture, nature, and technology are intentionally combined to elevate how learning and collaboration take place.

A defining ambition of ESP is its hybrid approach: the entire complex is being designed to operate as an interconnected physical and digital environment. This means students, educators, and creators will be able to engage across both immersive digital platforms and vibrant natural landscapes, supporting new formats of exploration, interaction, and knowledge sharing.

With its emphasis on flexibility, innovation, and integrated experiences, Egypt Science Park aims to shape a new model of education, one that supports immersive learning, strengthens cultural exchange, and fosters an innovation-driven community ready for the demands of future industries.
