Reynaers Aluminium has unveiled its new SlimWall 35 (SW 35), a 35mm stick façade system that sets a new benchmark in performance, safety, and sustainability for low-rise commercial and residential buildings. Notably, SW 35 is the first in the UK to achieve both CWCT Sequence B and full ASTM testing, confirming its robustness under real-world conditions.

Designed for ease of fabrication and installation, SW 35 complements Reynaers’ premium façade range, which includes ConceptWall 50 and ConceptWall 60. Its ultra-slim sightlines combine with high technical performance, ensuring air, water, wind, and impact resistance according to rigorous CWCT testing standards. Additionally, the system has achieved I5 and E5 impact classifications under European standard EN14019 for both soft and hard body impacts.

The system simplifies on-site work with a single inner glazing gasket and insulator to accommodate various glazing thicknesses. Pre-installed sliding glass supports and dedicated tooling ensure accurate glass positioning and maintain airtight and watertight performance.

SW 35 is also a design-led and sustainable solution, winning two Archiproducts Awards in 2024 for Building Shell and Sustainability. It is Passive House certified (phA+), achieving U-values as low as 0.8 W/m²K, while Cradle-to-Cradle certification confirms its circularity. The slimline design reduces aluminium use, helping to lower embodied carbon and support environmentally conscious projects.
