NorthGlass presented its latest architectural glazing innovations at the 2026 AIA Conference on Architecture & Design (AIA26), held on June 11–12 at the San Diego Convention Center, where architects, façade engineers, consultants and material suppliers gathered to explore the future of high-performance building design. The company’s exhibition focused on advanced curved glass manufacturing, structural glazing systems and engineered architectural solutions for increasingly complex projects.

Among the featured exhibits were suspended windows, J-shaped curved laminated glass, bullet-resistant glazing, triangular glass components, decorative glass tubes, electric sliding doors, automated retractable skylights and the artistic Stone in Motion installation. Together, these displays demonstrated NorthGlass’ ability to combine engineering precision with architectural creativity while addressing both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Visitors showed particular interest in the company’s technical expertise in curved tempered glass production. Discussions centered on bending radius accuracy, multi-dimensional surface consistency, laminated glass structural performance and engineering solutions for ultra-large glass panels. Architects and design consultants also requested project case studies, reflecting strong interest in applying these technologies to future landmark developments.

NorthGlass highlighted several recent technological achievements, including improved control of continuous curvature transitions, enhanced flatness and roller-wave management for ultra-large and ultra-thick glass, and the industrialization of glass art products. These developments enable the production of complex decorative elements with consistent quality and scalable manufacturing.
