NorthGlass has successfully commissioned a new B-series upper convection flat tempering furnace for a customer in Heilongjiang, China, further expanding its advanced glass processing capabilities.

The furnace incorporates gapless forced convection technology alongside an intelligent heating control module, ensuring uniform heat distribution, improved temperature stability and high-quality tempering results. It is also equipped with NorthGlass’ self-developed high-efficiency convection fans, designed to enhance energy efficiency while delivering consistent performance across a wide range of glass applications.

With a maximum processing size of 2,440 mm × 4,200 mm, the system is capable of handling large-format glass for architectural and industrial projects. The successful commissioning reflects NorthGlass’ continued focus on delivering innovative tempering solutions that improve productivity, product quality and operational efficiency for glass manufacturers.
