The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance has announced its new Board of Directors leadership during the 2026 FGIA Annual Conference, marking a key transition for the organization.

A highlight of the event was the official passing of the gavel from outgoing Board Chair Rob Grommesh of Cardinal Glass Industries to incoming Chair Mike Turner of YKK AP.

Reflecting on his tenure, Grommesh expressed appreciation for the Board’s collaborative spirit and dedication. “My two years as Board Chair are coming to a close,” he said. “The Board is a thoughtful, wonderful group working on your behalf. It has been my honor.”

Following the transition, Turner was officially sworn in by Janice Yglesias, Executive Director of FGIA, and delivered remarks to mark the beginning of his term. He highlighted the strength and commitment of the association’s members, emphasizing the importance of collaboration across all levels.

I am deeply honored to serve in this position. As FGIA has evolved, one thing has remained constant: the quality of the individuals who make up this Association. It is your dedication at every level that defines us, and I am proud to serve alongside you.

In addition to the appointment of the new Chair, several leadership roles within the Board have been confirmed. Kevin Seiling of VEKA will serve as Vice Chair of the Board, while Ray Garries of MITER Brands has been appointed Treasurer.

Additionally, Aaron Ryan of Pella Corporation joins the Board as a newly elected Residential Products Council (RPC) Representative, filling the vacancy created by Seiling’s transition to Vice Chair.
