The Start-Up Zone will return to Hall 11 at glasstec 2026, providing emerging companies with a platform to present new technologies for the glass industry. The exhibition area connects start-ups with manufacturers, processors, machinery suppliers and decision-makers looking for practical solutions to current production challenges.
This year’s participants include ASEP AUTOMATION D.O.O., ClimAd Technology, Fluidix Applied Materials, Lumeso FlexCo, PRC Laser Technologies Group B.V., SAB Sondermaschinen und Anlagen Bau GmbH, University of Turku – OSSE Project, and Zurich Soft Robotics. Their work spans industrial automation, advanced materials, laser processing, specialised machinery, robotics and applied research.
The Start-Up Zone offers visitors an early look at technologies with the potential to improve manufacturing efficiency, precision and production flexibility. It also creates opportunities for collaboration between young technology developers and established companies across the global glass sector.
As part of the world’s leading trade fair for the glass industry, the Start-Up Zone continues to showcase innovation that responds to the evolving technical and operational needs of glass manufacturing.
