Proventuss has introduced a new content series titled “Proventuss Projects”, highlighting buildings constructed using products from the company’s portfolio. The initiative aims to showcase both newly completed developments and projects delivered in previous years, demonstrating how Proventuss solutions contribute to modern façade construction and building envelope performance.
One of the first projects featured in the series is Forest B14, a prominent office tower forming part of the Forest complex located on Burakowska Street in Warsaw’s Wola district. The development was led by HB Reavis Poland, with construction carried out between September 2018 and December 2021.
Rising 29 storeys to a height of approximately 120 metres, Forest B14 has become a distinctive landmark within the rapidly developing Wola business area. The building offers nearly 79,000 square metres of total floor space, including around 71,000 square metres of modern office space and approximately 5,000 square metres dedicated to retail and service areas. The complex also provides around 800 parking spaces, supporting the needs of tenants and visitors.

Several products from the Proventuss portfolio were used during the façade and sealing works of the project, contributing to the durability and performance of the building envelope.
These included:
- DOWSIL 993 – a two-component structural silicone sealant used in structural glazing applications
- DOWSIL 791 – a weatherproof silicone sealant designed for façade joints and external sealing
- DOWSIL 796 – a silicone sealant used for glazing and perimeter sealing of windows and doors
- Vi-Pro Liquid Foil – a liquid waterproofing membrane applied for moisture protection
The segmental façade installation was carried out by DEFOR ŚREM, delivering the façade system for the high-rise office tower.
