BJ Waller is strengthening its support for timber joinery manufacturers by supplying the Centor bi-fold hardware range, backed by application-led technical expertise aimed at improving specification accuracy and on-site performance.

Widely used in high-end timber door projects, Centor bi-fold systems are designed to deliver smooth operation, minimal visual impact and long-term durability. The range includes top or bottom-loaded configurations, allowing flexibility across different architectural requirements. Systems are engineered to accommodate large-format timber panels and support both double and triple glazing, with inward and outward opening options available depending on project needs.

A key focus for joinery manufacturers is not only the finished appearance but also efficiency during fabrication and installation. Centor hardware has been developed with this in mind, offering simplified assembly, precise adjustment capabilities and consistent operation, which helps reduce installation time and improves reliability across multiple units.

BJ Waller’s timber business development director, Luke Piper, highlights the importance of correct specification from the outset. He explains that Centor is well established within the joinery sector, particularly for premium timber door applications where performance is critical, and that early technical input helps ensure the system performs as intended once installed.

The Centor E3 system supports panel widths of up to 1200mm and heights of 3600mm, with cycle testing equivalent to decades of daily use. Its concealed hardware design preserves clean sightlines, while integrated insect screens and shading solutions remain hidden when not in operation. BJ Waller also supplies the F3 bottom-loaded roller system and the E2 option, which is suitable for lighter-duty residential and commercial applications with panel weights up to 60kg.
