NovaSklo Trade Becomes Exclusive Pilkington Architectural Glass Distributor in Ukraine

NovaSklo Trade, the commercial arm of the NovaSklo project developed by Ukrainian investment and industrial holding EFI Group, has become the exclusive distributor of Pilkington architectural glass products in Ukraine following the signing of an agreement with NSG Group. The partnership was formalized on 25 June during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in GdaÅ„sk, marking an important step in strengthening the country’s access to advanced architectural glazing solutions.

Under the agreement, NovaSklo Trade will exclusively supply and promote the complete portfolio of Pilkington architectural glass across the Ukrainian market. The range includes Pilkington Optiwhite™ extra-clear glass, Pilkington Suncool™ high-performance solar control glass, and Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear float glass. These products are widely specified for façade systems, panoramic glazing, premium insulated glass units, and modern architectural applications where optical clarity, solar control, and energy performance are essential.

According to Igor Liski, Founder of EFI Group, expanding cooperation with NSG Group represents another milestone in the development of Ukraine’s modern glass industry and supports the country’s long-term industrial competitiveness. He noted that providing access to globally recognized glass technologies will help strengthen the construction sector while creating a foundation for future industrial growth. NovaSklo Trade will work directly with architects, developers, glass processors, and construction companies, offering manufacturer-backed technical solutions alongside reliable product availability.

The direct distribution model removes additional intermediaries from the supply chain, enabling more competitive pricing, transparent logistics, and predictable delivery schedules for customers throughout Ukraine. Alderlan Vitalino, European Marketing Director of NSG Group, described Ukraine as a strategically important market, particularly in light of future reconstruction efforts.

He emphasized that partnering with a strong local distributor will help address market requirements more effectively while supporting long-term business development. The agreement is expected to accelerate the adoption of high-performance architectural glazing solutions and contribute to the modernization of Ukraine’s construction industry.
