Unique Window Systems has secured 16th place in the prestigious Midlands Industrials Top 100 ranking, highlighting the company’s strong growth and expanding presence across the UK construction and fenestration sectors.

The independent league table, published by MHA, recognises the fastest-growing industrial and manufacturing businesses in the Midlands based on annual compound EBITDA growth over a three-year period. The report features companies operating across advanced manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors, collectively generating revenues of £4.68 billion and employing around 20,000 people.

Operating from its 165,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Leicester, Unique Window Systems specialises in the fabrication of UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems. The company achieved an impressive EBITDA growth rate of 50.5%, significantly exceeding the league table average of 27.9%.

Commenting on the achievement, joint managing director Atul Patel described the recognition as a reflection of the company’s dedicated team, growth strategy, and commitment to quality and innovation.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Unique Window Systems has more than doubled its turnover since 2020 and continues to strengthen its position in the new build, PBSA, build-to-rent, commercial, and industrial sectors, delivering fenestration solutions to more than 1,000 projects across the UK.
