Viprotron has introduced the Bow Sensor, an innovative system engineered to detect and measure glass deformations, commonly known as “bows”, at the earliest stages of production. Curved or uneven glass can cause costly issues later in the process, including rejects, damage, or downtime during lamination, insulating glass manufacturing, or handling.

Unlike other systems, the Bow Sensor delivers real performance where it matters most, in the line, not in the lab. It operates at full production speed of up to 60 m/min without requiring line gaps or production stops, and it remains unaffected by transport unevenness. This means:
