TK Expands Lamination Oven Production with New Projects

Italian manufacturer TK, specializing in ovens for glass lamination, tempering, chemical tempering and Heat Soak Testing (HST), is reporting strong growth supported by an expanding international customer base. The company currently serves more than 290 customers across over 70 countries, with new projects ranging from entry-level ovens to large-scale automated production lines.

A recent installation is the TK Convection 250×600, a full-convection lamination oven commissioned in Argentina. The system is equipped with six vacuum pumps, one for each tray, supporting high-volume production and continuous workflow. Its full-convection technology combines intelligent fast curing, optimized heat distribution and automatic rapid cooling, designed to maintain uniform processing and optical quality throughout the lamination cycle.

TK is also constructing several TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 02 ovens for international customers. These include 210×310 and 250×450 models for South America and a 210×150 unit for North America. The Hybrid PRO technology combines radiation and convection for medium- to high-volume production.

Another project is the newly developed TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 04-3C, customized for a North American customer’s production requirements. The three-chamber configuration integrates four trays across three chambers, two in the lower chamber and one in each upper chamber, allowing different lamination cycles to run simultaneously.
