In a remarkable collaboration, The Residence Collection, renowned for its premium window and door designs, has left an indelible mark on a prestigious Cotswold housing development. Teaming up with installer The Worcestershire Door Company, fabricator Lister Windows, and developer Lockley Homes, The Residence Collection’s R7 windows adorned 70 windows and 10 French doors in the elegant Painswick color, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and efficiency of the £7 million, seven-home project at Old Manor Farm.

The R7 collection was the natural choice for this development, seamlessly blending aesthetic allure with the inherent efficiency features of the R7 window system. Boasting flush profiles both externally and internally, these windows offer not only a visually pleasing experience but also hassle-free maintenance. The versatility of the R7 windows shines through, fitting seamlessly into diverse properties, from city apartments to country cottages and luxury housing developments.

Crafted using the mechanical jointing method, the Residence 7 windows achieve a timber look both externally and internally, ensuring perfect aesthetics. Beyond their captivating design, these windows deliver outstanding energy efficiency, with A++ energy ratings and an impressive u-value of 1.2W/m2k with double glazing (standard), and up to 0.79 with triple glazing. The Residence Collection offers a palette of 24 different colors with multiple colorways, providing flexibility in design.

Ashley Smith, Director of The Worcestershire Door Company, emphasized the long-standing collaboration with Lockley Homes and praised the Residence 7 windows as the best UPVC timber alternative in the market. The decision to use R7 windows aligned perfectly with Lockley Homes’ commitment to building luxury homes without compromising on quality.

She highlighted how the project showcased the versatility of R7 windows in luxury housing developments, emphasizing the commitment to providing diverse window solutions that harmonize with architectural styles and ensure enduring performance.

The Q19 Group, comprising The Residence Collection, Window Widgets, and Profoil Limited, leads the way in changing perceptions in the UK fenestration market.
