Şişecam will present its latest glass packaging solutions at Wine Vision by Open Balkan, taking place in Belgrade from October 10–12, 2026. The company will showcase its beverage bottle portfolio, with a focus on lightweight glass packaging developed to combine design, functionality and more efficient resource use.
Among the solutions on display are new 300-gram and 400-gram bottle options, expanding Şişecam’s lightweight packaging portfolio. The bottles are available in 750 cc and 1,000 cc formats, providing alternatives for beverage producers seeking different combinations of appearance and weight.
The 300-gram bottle features a classic bottle shape combined with a lightweight construction, while the 400-gram version is designed to offer a more distinctive, premium appearance. The new solutions build on Şişecam’s previous lightweighting work, including the development of a 110-gram ultra-lightweight mineral water bottle.
According to Şişecam, lightweighting can contribute to more efficient resource use during glass packaging production and logistics while allowing manufacturers to develop packaging tailored to changing brand requirements. 
At Wine Vision by Open Balkan, Şişecam will bring these developments directly to industry professionals from the regional beverage and wine sectors, highlighting the role of lightweight glass in the evolution of sustainable packaging.
