Schüco is the headline of BAU 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for architecture, materials, and systems.

Following two years of meticulous planning, BAU 2025 promises to be an unparalleled showcase of innovation across the industry, attracting an anticipated 250,000 visitors across an exhibition space the size of 18 football pitches.

They invite attendees to visit Hall B1, stand 301, where Schüco will unveil its latest advancements in sustainable and high-performance building solutions. Follow their social media channels for real-time updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses of their stand throughout the week.

This year, they are particularly excited to launch two groundbreaking products addressing critical fire safety concerns within modern architectural design:

Jansen Art’15 Fire NR E-EW: Slimline Elegance Meets Superior Fire Protection

The Jansen Art’15 Fire NR E-EW system represents a significant leap forward in internal fire protection. This sleek, slimline steel door and partition wall system offers unparalleled aesthetic appeal without compromising on safety. Achieving fire resistance classes E/EW30 to E/EW120, alongside smoke protection class Sa and rigorous testing to BS 476: Part 22, the Art’15 Fire NR E-EW provides architects and designers with a versatile solution for creating beautiful, safe, and compliant interiors.

Schüco Deflame: Uncompromising Fire Resistance for Façades

For those seeking advanced fire-resistant façade solutions, Schüco Deflame is the answer. This fully integrated parapet plate, designed for use with the FWS 50/60 mullion/transom system, achieves a remarkable EI 90 fire resistance rating. Furthermore, when incorporated into ceiling applications, Schüco Deflame can even achieve an EI 120 rating. This innovative system ensures the highest levels of fire safety without sacrificing the architectural integrity of the building’s exterior.

BAU 2025 provides the perfect platform for Schüco to connect with industry professionals, share their latest innovations, and contribute to the ongoing dialogue shaping the future of building design. They look forward to welcoming visitors to their stand and demonstrating how Schüco is leading the way in creating safer, more sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing buildings. They eagerly anticipate visitors’ attendance.
