Continuing its drive for innovation and precision in glass manufacturing, RolandGlass has added the Zafferani MILL 1600 (Model 2025) to its expanding portfolio of high-end machinery. With a working dimension of 1650 mm x infinite length, the new milling machine is engineered for drilling and bracket hole processing using pre-programmed or custom-designed AutoCAD files, offering unmatched flexibility for architectural projects.
This installation marks the culmination of a partnership that began in 2021. “We maintained constant communication for years,” says CEO Roland Feto, “and when the time and conditions aligned, we met face-to-face at our warehouse, exchanged visions, and moved forward.” The collaboration reflects shared values: innovation, quality, and adaptability.
A Leader in Glass Manufacturing Since 2005
Founded in 2005, RolandGlass has evolved from a modest operation into one of Albania’s most advanced architectural glass companies. Based in Kashar, Tirana, the company produces a wide range of glass solutions, including float, laminated (PVB & EVA), tempered, insulated, and custom-printed glass.

Precision Printing with Vitro-Jet MC4
One of RolandGlass’s standout technologies is the Vitro-Jet MC4 digital printer, capable of ultra-high resolution ceramic printing at 2,880 DPI. This enables detailed, vibrant, and durable designs for facades, interiors, kitchen walls, signage, and furniture applications. A recent project using over 400m² of printed glass showcases the company’s scale and creativity.
Notable Projects in Albania and Beyond
RolandGlass products feature in major developments such as Toyota Albania, TEG Shopping Center, American Hospital, Credins Bank, and numerous residential and commercial buildings across Albania, Kosovo, Italy, and North Macedonia.
A Commitment to Sustainable Innovation
Environmental responsibility is central to RolandGlass’s mission. The company has installed 450 kW of photovoltaic systems, including a groundbreaking 120 kW wall-mounted array, a first in Albania. These investments significantly reduce CO₂ emissions and align with RolandGlass’s vision for sustainable growth.
