Rehau Expands Artevo Suite with High-Performance Outward Opening Doors

REHAU ARTEVO: new sustainable window, with excellent thermo-acoustic properties.

Rehau has expanded its Artevo window and door system with the introduction of new residential outward opening single and French doors, marking a significant addition for the fenestration industry. Specifically designed to meet the demand for durable, energy-efficient and visually appealing frames, the doors have passed independent assessments for air permeability, water tightness, exposure resistance, and PAS24 security, giving specifiers and installers confidence in long-term performance.

The system incorporates Rau-Fipro X composite technology, reinforced with integrated force zones that allow for larger sash sizes without compromising stability. Partnering with Roto Frank, the doors also benefit from advanced locks and hinges that enhance operational performance and security.

In terms of sustainability and energy performance, Artevo meets Passivhaus standards with U-values as low as 0.81 W/m²K, achieved using a recyclable LowE foil insert. The main profile and glazing beads contain up to 75% recycled content, while the system’s integration with Rehau’s Window.ID technology provides full traceability of materials. Sound insulation up to RW 48dB further supports its use in acoustically sensitive environments.

With finishes including timber-effect foils, aluminium-look cladding, and Alux surfaces, Artevo offers flexibility across residential and commercial projects. Rehau positions Artevo as a complete, future-proofed suite delivering sustainability, design choice, and verified performance.
