RCN Solutions will present its latest glass processing technologies at Vitrum 2025 in Milan, running from September 16–19. Known for its focus on customisation and Made in Italy excellence, the company will showcase advanced solutions in lamination, chemical tempering, and glass bending.
Central to the exhibition is the LIA – Laminating Integrated Automatism, designed with 2 or 4 shelves and optional storage units. Available in semi-automatic or fully automatic versions, LIA streamlines lamination cycles with shelf exchange capability, independent process management, and remote monitoring by RCN specialists.
RCN will also highlight the RD CLEAN CONCEPT, its patented edge-cleaning system, which eliminates excess interlayer without sharp tools. Patented in Europe and the USA, this innovation reduces rejection rates and enhances safety, making it a finalist for the Accessories, Components & Other Glass Tech Award.
Other highlights include the REVA BF EVA-based interlayer, recognised globally for its stability and quality, and the TC chemical tempering line, capable of processing thin glass down to 0.5 mm for automotive, naval, and architectural applications. Additionally, the Rotary bending system and multi-zone bending kilns will demonstrate precision in curved glass production.
