During the GIMAV General Assembly held on June 12, Nancy Mammaro was elected President of GIMAV for the 2026–2030 term, ushering in a new chapter for the Italian glass technology industry. As President and CEO of Mappi International Srl, Mammaro brings more than three decades of entrepreneurial experience, a strong international outlook, and a proven commitment to promoting Italian manufacturing excellence around the world.

Her appointment signals a renewed focus on strengthening GIMAV’s role as a representative voice for the sector while expanding services and opportunities for member companies. Key priorities of her presidency include supporting internationalization initiatives, enhancing industry competitiveness, and promoting the value of the entire Italian glass technology supply chain.
