Blending Architecture with Nature
Set in the heart of Messinia, the resort was designed by K-STUDIO and Tombazis & Associates Architects as a series of low-profile structures that follow the natural contours of the land, creating an “inhabited landscape” rather than a traditional resort.
The Role of Glass in Design
Glass is a defining feature of the project. Large-scale, high-performance glazing allows for uninterrupted views of the sea and hills while reducing energy use. Advanced coatings likely enhance insulation, supporting sustainability without sacrificing aesthetics.

Sustainable Materials and Construction
Developed by TEMES S.A., the project emphasizes low-impact building solutions. Materials like structural glass, aluminum, and local stone were carefully chosen to balance design, durability, and environmental responsibility.
Landscape Architecture in Sync
The natural surroundings were shaped by Greenways Hellas LTD and Scape Design Associates, using native plants and organic pathways to preserve the ecological character of the site.
A Benchmark for Modern Building Practices
Managed by Mandarin Oriental, the resort demonstrates how luxury hospitality can embrace innovative glass technologies and sustainable architecture, setting a new standard for resort design in the Mediterranean.
