LiTROS offers a wide range of solutions covering essential steps in glass processing, from raw glass sheets to finished insulating glass units.

For washing, the LiTROS Horizontal Washer provides a high-performance glass washing and drying system, capable of operating as a standalone machine.

In cutting and decoating, LiTROS provides the Float Cut and Float Cut-Tilt versions for float glass, complemented by the LiTROS Float Break for manual breaking of glass cuttings. The cutting process is further optimized with the LiTROS Load, a double-sided removal station for raw glass sheet uncut plates. These modules allow for the assembly of an individual LiTROS Cutting Line, providing tailored solutions for various production needs.

For insulating glass production, LiTROS offers the vertical LiTROS IG Line Rigid and IG Line Rigid-Seal lines, designed for producing insulating glass units with rigid spacers, with or without integrated sealing. These are supported by manual and automatic systems for desiccant filling (IG Desiccant Manual and Automatic), butyl hot-melt adhesive application (IG Butyl Semi Automatic), and manual sealing (IG Seal Manual).
