The company has been named Austria’s Best Managed Company 2025 and has also secured second place in the Large Companies category at the prestigious Austria’s Leading Companies (ALC) Award in Lower Austria. These recognitions reflect LiSEC’s commitment to innovation, responsible management, and a strong internal culture built on collaboration.
The Best Managed Company award follows a detailed evaluation led by Deloitte Austria, Raiffeisen Landesbank Niederösterreich-Wien, and trend magazine. LiSEC impressed with its strategic direction, its ability to navigate a fast-changing market, and its consistent focus on sustainable development. This achievement confirms the company’s progress in recent years and its growing role as a pioneer in the international glass industry.
LiSEC’s success at the ALC Awards further proves its financial strength. The ranking is based entirely on audited financial results from the last three years, ensuring full transparency. By achieving second place among large companies in Lower Austria, LiSEC has demonstrated stability, resilience, and disciplined long-term planning in a highly competitive environment.
For decades, LiSEC has been a key employer and driver of innovation in the Mostviertel region. With around 900 employees at its Seitenstetten headquarters, the company continues to support regional growth while supplying machinery, automation solutions, software, and services to glass processors worldwide. The recognitions highlight both LiSEC’s global relevance and the strength of Seitenstetten as a centre of excellence for the glass industry. 
CFO Oliver Pichler noted that these achievements show LiSEC is no longer just a “hidden champion,” but a clearly recognised industrial leader. He added that the company’s success comes from its innovative mindset, and above all, from the dedication of its people.
