Toledo Engineering Co., Inc. (TECO) has announced a series of leadership updates designed to reinforce execution excellence, ensure continuity, and support the company’s long-term growth across the global glass industry.

As part of the transition, Doug Burgoon has assumed the role of President. With more than 45 years of experience in the glass industry, Burgoon brings deep technical knowledge and operational insight to the position. His appointment reflects TECO’s focus on disciplined project delivery, customer alignment, and sustainable growth.

Todd Seifried, who previously served as President, has stepped down from the role and will continue with the company as Senior Director. In this position, Seifried will remain closely engaged with TECO’s customers, suppliers, and contractor partners, ensuring continuity of relationships and the transfer of institutional knowledge that has supported the company’s success over many years.

The broader leadership team remains unchanged and continues to provide strong operational and commercial oversight. Robert Emmett, Vice President of Operations, leads TECO’s engineering, project management, PMO, and construction teams, maintaining a sharp focus on operational performance and strategic execution. Mark Decker, Vice President – Commercial Operations, oversees commercial strategy, contracting, and enterprise risk alignment, supporting consistent and well-managed project outcomes.

Together, this leadership structure positions TECO to continue delivering reliable execution, technical excellence, and trusted partnership for glass manufacturers worldwide, while maintaining the stability and experience that define the company’s role in the industry.
