Kulla Rozë: A Contemporary Landmark in Prishtina

Kulla Roze by Maden Architects

Kulla Rozë, located in Lagjja Muhaxherëve, Prishtina, is a distinctive residential building that harmonizes with its surroundings while standing out with a contemporary architectural identity, 13,000 m² project completed in 2025.

The building was conceived to enhance residents’ quality of life, combining functional living spaces with visually striking forms. Large horizontal openings provide abundant natural light and panoramic views of the city, while each loggia features fence details with greenery vases, allowing families to cultivate private balcony gardens and connect with nature within an urban setting.

Verticality is emphasized through tall volumes, and a subtle twist in the upper section introduces dynamism, optimal orientation, and a distinctive silhouette. The volumes are separated by a full floor dedicated to shared spaces, enriched with greenery and color, offering residents areas for relaxation and social interaction.

With its clean, contemporary volumetric forms and thoughtful integration of communal spaces, Kulla Rozë is more than a residential building, it is a landmark that balances functionality, aesthetics, and community, making it one of Prishtina’s most notable developments.
