FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 will mark the introduction of the Innovation Award, spotlighting exceptional advancements in windows, doors, facades, and glass technologies. This new recognition celebrates products with strong, future-focused innovation and industry impact.
Call for Entries in June 2025
Exhibitors can submit entries starting late June 2025 via the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE Shop. Eligible categories include facade glazing, smart glass, services, and machinery. Companies may submit multiple products to reflect their innovation pipeline.
Expert Jury, Broad Industry Support
An expert jury composed of architects, engineers, associations, and media professionals will evaluate all entries. Every participating product will gain exposure at the fair, in the event guide, and on the official website.
Backed by Trusted Institutions
The award is organized with the support of AIT-Dialog and sponsorship from ift Rosenheim, known for their influence in technical quality and certification. Elke Harreiß, Head of FENSTERBAU FRONTALE, calls it a chance to spotlight “pioneering solutions” across the sector. 
Join the Global Stage in Nuremberg
The event will take place March 24–27, 2026, in Nuremberg, alongside HOLZ-HANDWERK. With support from the Baden-Württemberg Glass, Window, Facade Association and the Bavarian Glaziers’ Guild, this award will raise the bar for innovation and excellence in the global glass and facade industry.
